Clear steps, from your request to your refund.
Your 14-day right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Send your withdrawal notice and order number to info@herbaclean.com.tr by email or in writing through our contact page. You do not have to use a particular form.
Preparing your return
Send the goods back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Pack the item and its included parts securely to prevent transit damage. The Seller has not designated a carrier for returns, so returns cost you no shipping fee. Return shipping details are e-mailed to you in reply to your notice.
Refunds
Refunds are made within 14 days of the day you hand the goods to a carrier for their return. For withdrawal before delivery, it starts when we receive your notice. Payments, including applicable initial delivery charges, are refunded through the original payment method without an additional fee.
Health & hygiene conditions
Products may be excluded from withdrawal if their protective seal, tape or packaging has been opened after delivery and they are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. This exception does not automatically apply to every product. Your statutory rights concerning defective goods remain unaffected.
Exchanges & product issues
For an incorrect, missing or damaged item, or an exchange request, contact us with your order number and product details. We will explain the available options based on your request and the product’s condition. Returns and exchanges do not limit your statutory remedies.
