This notice explains the scope of your preference for campaign and promotional messages sent on behalf of Herbaclean.

Scope of the consent

Through the communication channel you consent to, you may choose to receive commercial electronic messages about Herbaclean products, campaigns, discounts, events and brand announcements. The consent applies only to the brand and channel you choose; it is not carried over automatically to another brand or communication channel.

Giving consent is optional. You do not need to accept campaign e-mail or SMS in order to register, shop, pay or receive a delivery. Consent to e-mail does not mean consent to SMS. A pre-ticked box, silence, or simply continuing to use the site does not count as consent.

Withdrawing your consent

You can use the free opt-out method in the message you receive, or contact us at info@herbaclean.com.tr. You can also check the consents registered in İYS through the Message Management System. After your opt-out notice, commercial messages on that channel are stopped within 3 working days at the latest.

Order notifications

Notifications needed for orders, payment, invoicing, delivery, returns and account security are separate from campaign messages. Withdrawing campaign consent does not stop these service notifications.

Personal data and consent records

Your contact details together with consent and opt-out records may be processed for sending messages and managing preferences, and for that purpose may be shared with the relevant communication service providers and the systems required by law. The details are explained in the Personal Data Notice and the Privacy Policy. Reading those texts is not, on its own, consent to commercial messages.
