These terms govern the use of the herbaclean.com.tr customer account. Using an account is free. Your purchases are also subject to the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement.

Access to your account

You can sign in through the My account link. Follow the verification steps shown on the sign-in screen. Please keep your contact and delivery details accurate and up to date. Do not share information that gives access to your account, such as a sign-in code or an access link.

Your account is for your customer transactions in the Herbaclean store. Having opened an account with another brand does not automatically set your order and communication preferences in this store.

Orders and support

You can review the order information shown in your account. If you need help with a return, an address correction or access to your account, get in touch. A dedicated button in your account is not required to request a return; you can use the notice channels set out in the returns terms.

Security and use

Do not use other people's details without permission, and do not carry out actions that would harm the running of the store or other users' accounts. Tell us if you notice unauthorised use of your account. Measures taken because of security concerns or unlawful use do not remove your consumer rights in relation to open orders.

Closing the account and personal data

You can write to us to close your account or with requests about your personal data. Records necessary for open orders, disputes and statutory retention obligations may be kept. Details of processing and applications are explained in the Personal Data Notice.

Using an account does not mean you have consented to campaign e-mail or SMS. Communication preferences are subject to the Commercial Electronic Communications Consent.

Content and remedies

Rights in the trade marks, designs, images and content on the site belong to their respective owners. Apart from uses permitted by law, they may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

For disputes you may apply, within the applicable jurisdiction and monetary limits, to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at your place of residence or where the consumer transaction took place. For disputes to be heard in a consumer court, applying to a mediator before bringing an action is a procedural requirement, subject to the statutory exceptions. Mandatory consumer rights are reserved.
