1. Sender and scope
This permission covers commercial electronic communications sent only on behalf of Herbaclean (herbaclean.com.tr). Rose Candy, Lacinia, Herbaclean and MeloMyPet are separate consent scopes; a choice made in one store does not authorize another store.
2. Optional, channel-specific choice
Campaign email and campaign SMS are separate choices and are off by default. You do not need to grant either permission to create an account, shop, pay or receive a delivery. Permission for one channel does not authorize another.
3. Content and purpose
The channel you enable may be used for product, campaign, discount, coupon, event, satisfaction research and brand announcements. The record may retain the store, channel, time, document version and integrity-protected technical evidence.
4. Service notices remain separate
Account security, email or phone verification, order, payment, return, invoice, shipment and delivery notices are transactional communications sent to establish or perform the service. They do not depend on campaign permission and are not stopped by withdrawing it.
5. Withdrawal and preference management
You may withdraw permission in Communication Preferences in your account, through the opt-out method in a message, or through the Message Management System channels required by law. 6. Data processing and providers
Contact and preference records may be shared only as needed with authorized communication infrastructure providers and systems required by law for delivery and consent management. 7. Changes
If a new version materially changes the scope, a new choice is requested where required. Silence, a preselected box or merely continuing to use the site is not consent.
